After I ordered, I did not receive a tracking number for about two weeks. There was no information only a receipt. This was a gift, and I was unsure if it was going to make it in time for the event. My husband absolutely loves his new hat! He was so happy when he opened it for Christmas 🎄 and he wears it ALL the time. It's great quality material and definitely feels like time and effort were put into making it. It looks great too. Packaging was fitted perfectly so the hat wouldn't get messed up or anything during delivery, it was placed and packed perfectly and sat just right. It wasn't folded or squished which was great because some other companies ship it out all folded up or pressed down and it takes a while for it to form the way it's supposed to on your head. But this one came out the way it sits on your head. Very happy with this purchase and this company. 👏
